Ingredients
First Mixture (in a bowl)
- Egg Yolks - 2 separated
- Sugar - 2 Tablespoon
- Cornflour - 2 Tablespoon
Second Mixture (In a cooking pot)
- Liquid Full Cream Milk - 1 Cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon
Steps
First Mixture
- Separate the egg yolks in a bowl.
- Add sugar and cornflour and give it a good mix until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Keep it aside.
Second Mixture
- In a cooking pot add milk and vanilla extract.
- Heat this mixture until warm.
- Pour the egg yolk mixture into it.
- keep mixing on medium flame till custard forms.
- pour it in a bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap.
