Sweet and Sour Fruit Cream Dessert

A refreshing and creamy fruit dessert made with canned mixed fruits, peach, and toddy palm seeds combined with sour cream and sweetened condensed milk. Served cold, it’s a perfect treat for summer or festive occasions.

Ingredients

  • Mixed Fruit (canned) – 1 can
  • Peach (canned) – 1 can
  • Toddy Palm Seeds – 1 can
  • Sour Cream – 2 cups
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 cup (adjust to taste)

Procedure

  1. Drain all the canned fruits and toddy palm seeds. If the pieces are large, cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Rinse and place them in a strainer to remove excess syrup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the chopped fruits and toddy palm seeds to the cream mixture. Mix gently to coat all the fruits evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve cold. For an extra touch, garnish with shaved chocolate, nuts, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk according to your preference.
  • Optional additions include maraschino cherries, jelly cubes, or chopped nuts for extra texture.
